2. PURPOSE OF THE SITE
Arthur Ivan’s website (referred to as the « Site ») is a website that presents my products and services.
The Site is accessible via the Internet at www.arthurivan.com on all compatible devices.

The Site as well as any software necessarily used in connection with it may contain confidential information as well as data protected by intellectual property law. Thus, unless otherwise stated, the intellectual property rights on the documents and any data of any kind contained on the Site and each of the elements making up the Site (images, illustrations, sounds, texts, graphic elements, charter, etc.), including software, databases and newsletters, are the exclusive property of Arthur Ivan (hereinafter referred to as the « Content »), which does not grant any licence or any right other than that of consulting the Site. Reproduction of all or part of the Content is authorized solely for the purposes of information for personal and private use, any reproduction and any use of copies made for other purposes in any manner whatsoever and in any form whatsoever being expressly prohibited. You may not copy, modify, create a derivative work of, assemble, decompile (except as permitted by law), sell, assign, sublicense or otherwise transfer any rights in the Content. The Internet user acknowledges Arthur Ivan exclusive rights to the Arthur Ivan brand and agrees not to use it in any way whatsoever and, more generally, not to infringe Arthur Ivan intellectual property rights. Arthur Ivan reserves the right to claim damages in the event of infringement and, more generally, of its intellectual property rights. Similarly, Visitors shall refrain from infringing the property rights, and in particular the intellectual property rights, held by any company in the Arthur Ivan group.
5. VISITOR BEHAVIOR
Each Visitor must use the Internet responsibly, with respect and courtesy towards the rights of other Internet users.
In this respect, the Visitor, by accessing the Site, is prohibited from

Recognizing the global nature of the Internet, each Visitor agrees to comply with all local and international rules and procedures regarding online behavior and acceptable content, including all applicable laws regarding the transmission of technical data.
At any time and for any reason whatsoever, Arthur Ivan may implement any means of terminating, without prior notice, the Visitor’s use of the Site or any of Arthur Ivan services for any conduct that violates these terms of use, without prejudice to any damages and interest that Arthur Ivan reserves the right to claim from the Visitor in the event of non-compliance with the Site’s terms of use.
6. RESPONSIBILITY
6.1. Access to and operation of the Site
The Visitor is personally responsible for setting up the computer and telecommunications resources needed to access the Arthur Ivan Site and for acquiring the knowledge required to use the Internet and access the Site. The Visitor shall bear the connection and equipment costs associated with accessing the Internet and using the Arthur Ivan Site.
Visitors use the Site at their own risk. Arthur Ivan may therefore not be held liable for any damage that any Visitor may suffer as a result of such use. Furthermore, Arthur Ivan DISCLAIMS ALL LIABILITY FOR INDIRECT DAMAGES, WHATEVER THE CAUSE, ORIGIN, NATURE OR CONSEQUENCE, INCLUDING IN PARTICULAR THE COSTS THAT MAY ARISE FROM THE ACQUISITION OF GOODS OFFERED ON THE SITE.
7. GENERAL
7.1. Modifications
Arthur Ivan reserves the right to modify and update the General Terms and Conditions of Use without prior notice. In order to be informed of any such changes, Arthur Ivan advises the Visitor to reread the GTCU regularly. Use of the Site shall be subject to the GCU in force at the time of use.
7.2 Completeness
In the event that one of the clauses of these GTCs should become null and void as a result of a change in legislation, regulations, or a court ruling, this shall in no way affect the validity of and compliance with the other clauses of the GTCs.
7.3. Applicable law
The present GTU is subject to Bulgarian law.
